Excited and super busy getting everything together for my first photography workshop for beginners right here in sunny Gilbert, Arizona. Delivery room births or home deliveries? Seems like so many moms are now choosing a more natural way with a midwife, doula, and a birthing tub. I do love attending a birth where a doula or a midwife is present, it really sets a different mood.

Here are some images I captured from one of my favorite hospitals in Gilbert, Mercy Gilbert.

After the new year I made the decision to solely photo maternity, delivery room/ labor & delivery, and newborns. I could be happier for the time it has freed up for my family. I realized soon after starting Kristen Self Photography my love for newborns. I simply can't get enough of them!

$125 off a newborn photo session!

Hello all,
I am running a special only during the month of August and September.....your little one must be under the 10 day mark to qualify.
My normal session rates for a newborn start at $275 including the CD with at least 30 edited high resolution photos. I can come to you and bring all of the props and supplies we need. To capture those sweet sleepy poses the baby is almost always under 10 days, best even captured between 3-7 days. $125 off, meaning you can get a newborn session for only $150. I do take payments as long as the session in paid in full by the day of. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me.

San Diego Beach Photo Session!

Planning a family vacation to San Diego this summer to beat the Arizona heat?

I am booking sessions for Friday July 30th, Saturday July 31st and, Sunday August 1st. I only have 4 sessions left so please let me know your date of choice as soon as possible. My session fees will be $350 for the family beach session, payments can be made on this up to the day of the session. Your session will include a high resolution CD with a minimum of 30 edited images.
